WORRIED.
I have been buying from Bluff Meat Supply especially their pre packed products like polony, ham and so forth. Never have I experienced discolor after I have taken the product out of its packaging. This is my first in 2021 and I launched a complaint for me to get a sincere apology but all I got was poor customer service telling me I should consume their product within 2 days after opening it. Why is the expiry date so far from the date purchased if we are still going to consume the product within 2 days. I am highly dissapointed and very worried about our health especially my 10 year old son and my elderly parents.

You bought the product on 03/08/2021 with an expiry date of 06/09/2021(unopened). The product was opened on 16/08/2021 prepared on 23/08/2021 that when you discovered it had changed colour. The product must be consumed 2 days after opening as per instructions on the packaging.
