Utterly Angry for bad service

<p>Friday afternoon I went to Richards Bay bluff meat supply as per usual like their very own customer, bought a few things estimated maybe about R800 but instead I was charged R1621 so when i checked my slip II noticed that they charged 777 instead if 117 for means meet , I than asked the person they claimed was a supervisor what had happened she went through the slip and she saw that they over charged me, she went and to the office called manager in duty and explained ,instead if them refunding me they made made me wait for more than 10 min so that they can change the code instead of refunding me firstly before the above incident one of the item I had bought they also over charged me and I complained which also it was also went to the office to be corrected which took more than 10 as they had to change code on the system. What makes me more angry is they refused and took they own sweet time when I said they must just give me my money so I ended up living everything there my money and the money in had "bought".... Ohh and Saturday when I went back to get my money which they refused to give me came this man who told me he is a shareholder and I ain't getting my money and forcefully like really forcefully he took it with him to the same office where prices are changed to more instead of less.... What makes me utterly so angry is that now bluff(the big bold shareholder) ,told im bulling them when i asked who is bulling eho hete ,he end up calling me names ,angry even changed the colour of his skin ,push his face right next to mine , i than said to him this is how you speak to your wife if so please dont do it to me ,he carries on until i asked him are you doing this because im black he said mx ,i told dont say mx to me i want my money ,does not want to give me my money. From 2008 I have been loyal cusyomer to bluff meat , some of their trucks those days used to be written Umndeni meat at new german until I moved to Richards Bay. I want my money or I open a case of *****/ theft/ **************** and will go to the papers</p>
