Terrible Customer Service

Went to Bluff meat Springfield park yesterday to do my monthly shopping. I got there approx. half an hour prior to closing, and the staff at the butchery section seemed disengaged and was rushing to pack up the shelves (Housekeeping). I requested for quarter C grade Sheep after several minutes watching the staff members busy with everything else EXCEPT serving the customers' myself included. A female by the name of Sheritha rudely responded NO stock of C grade, I asked another female by the Name of Fathima and she said she will go check. I then spoke to Marcus (Supervisor) and advised him of the staff member being rude. He acknowledged my complaint but also confirmed there was no stock only for Fathima who returned to confirm there was stock. Having worked in the retail industry for 8 years in the capacity of a Senior Manager, a BASIC rule and guideline is that THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS COMES FIRST, which simply means you drop what you are doing and assist the customer to the best of your ability ensuring you going the extra mile all the time, regardless of the time. Please train your staff on basic customer service skills. I spend a lot of money at this store monthly and would like to receive professional courtesy at every spend to enhance my shopping experience. If it was not for Fathima I would of probably walked out this place. You need more staff like her. Hats of to you my dear and thank-you for going the extra mile. Much obliged.
