Rude staff

Absolutely disgusted. 2 staff members told my nanny to remove my kids from the trolley as it was not a pram. Who the hell doesn't know that. We have been in many stores and the kids have been in the trollies. They under 2 years old. The manner in which they addressed the problem was uprupt and very unprofessional. Never to set foot back in the bluff branch again.
