Poor beef quality at bluff meats Pinetown

It disappoints me to have to write about the quality of the beef at bluff meats as I have been shopping there for many years. As this is one of many times I have experienced the issue I am certain that management have been made aware and have not rectified it. Today was the 3rd or 4th time recently getting biltong that quite honestly doesn’t even taste like beef. In fact it doesn’t actually taste like any meat I recognise however it is the first time that it has upset my stomach. Having also experienced cooking steak in a pan that released more than half a cup of liquid (what I assume was water) dating back around 2 years it seems like I now need to find another butchery that has better quality standards. I hope they can oneday rectify this as the store is always in excellent condition, well stocked and with amazing staff, but enough is enough now.
