Oxtail with hair on it!!!

I bought oxtail from them and when I got home to take it out of the packaging it still had skin with a tuft of hair attached to it!!! This is revolting and very unhygienic as it could’ve carried diseases and made my family very sick. When I went to complain to them about it they had the excuse saying “we have a new blocksman” which is nonsense because there is no reason why the meat should have been allowed into the butchery in the first place!!
