Looking good on Top full of fat and bones inside...False advertising and misleading the customers
So I went to bluffmeat supplies to buy meat I bought a lamb pack for about R571 It was somewhat a 3,9 kg pack Got home open the packet only to find some spare ribs some chops and about 1,5kg fat and knuckbones It was absolutely bad I took out a lot of pictures and videos on the meat parcel This was not the first time I had and issue with they meat A while back I called customer service and they made some excuses about the meat and they apologized However this was worste than my other experience absolute ******* ..

08 Aug 2022, 13:02Good day So its days now I did email them and they said they will give me a call to this date have not received a call...That's how *********** they are...With there false advertising and and misleading the consumers...Will never recommend anyone to buy from there!!!!

16 Aug 2022, 08:07So looking at my first complaint You will see till this date no calls from bluff meats..However they did send an email last week asking for my number.. But still waiting that call... Empty promises...poor service delivery...
