Irritate Bluff Meats Richards Bay Customer

Having opened a Stockvel savings with Bluff Meats - their card system changes 3 times this year 2025. When one had to change this final time, it was an absolute nightmare. I went into the Richards Bay Boardwalk branch - waited for 45 to 60 minutes for the change from the discontinued card to the new. The "manager" in the office was either *********** or downright disrespectful to her staff and customers. When introducing a new system please ensure all staff are adequately trained as we the consumer would like a seamless experience in your stores
