Disgusting service received from Bluff Meat Supply Managers, namely Pieter and Cindy (Pietermaritzburg Mkhondeni Branch)

I don’t think I can be able to capture the amount of disappointment I felt in the shocking service I received at Bluff Meat Supply Pietermaritzburg Mkhondeni Branch.

The horrific service I received from Cindy and Pieter in particular who are said to be managers. Pieter even refused to give me his name when I asked for it after he was extremely rude to me. I had to find it on their entrance as I exited. I always buy my meat supply for the month from this branch and have been doing so for more than a decade now. When I went shopping today in the morning, I saw a marked down price placed in front of Viennas, I asked one of their staff who confirmed the price when I wanted to be certain about it, when I got to the till the Vienna’s scanned a different price, when I tried to explain this to both Cindy and Pieter who ended up ganging up against me, they refused to resolved the matter amicably, instead they made a mockery of me. The whole mockery seemed racially motivated.

I’m so glad that I recorded this whole incident including their atrocious behaviour and will release it on social media platforms if both these unprofessional managers don’t take accountability for their actions. After I left the store, I immediately called Bluff Meat Supply Head Office and was promised that my complaint would be escalated to the area manager at around 9:30 am and they would get back to me. It’s 16:48pm now and I have not received any update. This incident was very inappropriate, totally unacceptable and could have been prevented if both these Bluff Meat employees demonstrated professionalism and good customer service skills . I can’t believe Bluff Meat Supply employ employees of their calibre.

Pieter even threatened me by saying if I “DARE” mention his name on social media “ … I didn’t quite get what he was going to do to me and I am very interested in knowing what he said he would do to me? because this is the beginning and I am prepared to escalate this even further until he learns to take accountability for his actions.
