DISGUSING SERVICE BLUFF MEATS CHATSWORTH

I had purchased cold meat ( three packs of them ) from the Bluff meats in Chatsworth because we got to church in the area however we live in Tongaat. So I tried to call the branch numerous times trying to find out if I could return these items and take something else for the amount due to the out break of Listeriosis . We were afraid to consume this more especially my 2 year 8 months child so I decided that I would go to the place to return them so when I got to the place I spoke to the security guard mentioning to him that I had come to return these items he then told me that he was going to call a manager to assist so I waited for about 10 mins only to have the manager come to me saying that their product has been certified free from that outbreak and that I should not worry about it however if I need a letter to valid it he will provide me one...........really so if my child eats it falls sick or even worst dies from eating it his letter will bring back my child.......That's not on that bull****.......he refused to exchange the product so I told him its fine clearly you don't look after your loyal customers and further more I spend a lot in this shop but I will never come back to shop in a place that treats you in this manner. So I left the items and left the shop no one cared to stop me or even apologise for the inconvenience of me having to come from Tongaat to Chatsworth .
