Customer service needs an improvement

Bluff meat supply has disgusting service. The gates are closed before closing time which is stipulated on the website. This is madness considering that you close early and don’t take into consideration people coming from work rushing to make it to this shop. Please up your customer service, people use petrol to drive to that ******* shop only to find it closed before time. Alternatively update the website and specify you close 15 minutes before actual closing.
