Bluff Meat Supply Pinetown Biltong Competition and *********** Manager

My wife won a competition from Bluff Meats in Pinetown for 1KG Biltong per week for an entire year. The problem is to actually get your prize every time you go to the store. Everytime you go to collect your weekly supply you are made to wait while the staff behind the counter to confirm your claim with some Manager. The staff are totally clueless and the managers as well as they don't even know the terms of the competition. Today I was made to wait again for the manager to confirm whether our claim is valid and what the terms of the competion is this after we have been there for the last 6 months. The manager is completely *********** and have no customer relations skills. We ended up leaving Bluff Meat without our weekly prize due to the very uncomfortable situation we have been put in. Surely the staff and manager should know about this it is after all them who has run the competion yet they don't even know the terms of their own competion. We have no lost out on our prize that we have won fairly and are entitled too. Totally disgusted with this company Bluff Meat Supply Pinetown and will not set my foot there again due to this disgustfull treatment. We will also be seeking legal advise regarding this matter to ensure we receive what we are entitled to.
