Unhelpful, unprofessional staff

I have used their services before . They had a staff member who opened my boot which was jammed. One year later, the boot has jammed again, so I went back for them to open it again. This time, the staff member who opened it previously was not there. The person who attended to me was very rude and simply said there was nothing he could do and that I must buy a whole new part. He didn't even try to assist. Then why are they called locksmiths? I reminded him that I had been there before and they had opened it, but he insisted he couldn't help me. He seemed unwilling to even talk to him. Was the job too small for them to do?
