Bad attitude from entry to the Guest House

On entry to the Bluff Beach house, Jeanette was not there so the **** gave us the keys to the rooms. We went to have a look at the place in the front to see the beach view and when we returned to the main house the 2 dogs attacked us so we screamed and I was with my little boy aged 7yrs, the small dog bit him. Jeanette screamed at us and was told that this is the dogs house and if we cant respect them we can have our money back. She was so rude about it and told us more than once that we can have our money back, when we requested our money back she said that she does not have it, when my husband told her that we will take her to court she said we can and we still wont get our money back. We then called the police and they arrive and that is when she started been nice to us like a totally different person. There are dogs and cats staying there that sleep on the counters and beds with their hair all over the place, the beds and linen is not in good condition either, the ****s do not do a very good job of cleaning as well. The other guested arrived the next day and got the same treatment as us , very, very bad attitude. We did not receive any paper work to sign or terms and conditions
