BLUE WATER GUEAT HOUSE

I check in on the 14/9/2019 ...at the blue water guest house and told the lady at reception that it's ok not to accompany me to the guest house that is up the st from reception..as I stayed there before. I arrived at the guest house but could not find the room as I was under the impression it was the same room I stayed in the last time. I approached one of the ladies working there and asked for help..she turned around and asked me 1.who are you 2.what are you doing here 3.who sent you here 4.how did you get the keys 5.what do you want I explained that they did phone her to tell her guest is on the way ..and I am the guest when I asked again for help..she said that ...it is not the rules all I am asking is to plz be directed to the room..i left and tried to find the room on my own...which I did a few minutes the Owner arrived and and asked me why I was rude with his employee..i explains the situation to him ..he was rude and when i asked for my money back I was told to *** OFF ..MY PREMISES . I will never advise anyone to use their facilities ever again as the Owner is rude and don't know how to deal with clients.. he has a awesome receptionist that is a gem
