Pathetic services!

Pathetic services! How long is a refund supposed to take? Huh? We called in the morning to get a refund for the next two days which were fully paid for but then apparently they don't like doing that? What nonsense is that? How many times are we supposed to call to get Our money back! Then they have the audacity to half the money without any documentation that says anything about half'ing money! And even so, why half money when we haven't even used the facilities??! This is absolutely unacceptable and wrong! On all levels! I want my refund back! I want my money! This is a ****!!!!

Moreover, for a fricken property that doesn't even have drinking water, which they served in a flippen bottle. Dirty place which smells like dust and ghekos everywhere! Arg!
