Bad Bluetech Computers Bellville!
Terrible after sales service for a whole year after buying a refurbished laptop from this company. They keep telling me that my laptop has a virus and that they cant assist via Teamleader to fix it plus update the licence key for MS Office and others. This happened twice, and as I don't live near CPT I had to courier my laptop in order for them to not have fixed it!!! When I went to a professional IT repair company, they fixed all my problems within 10 minutes via Teamviewer. I will never use Bluetech Computers in Bellville again - especially the *********** Phillip who answers the phone or William who cant assist me via Teamviewer.........

15 Jan 2020, 11:23After writing this review in 2019, I now received the same message saying my license key expired, again, I just got it updated by said company, Bluetech Computers CPT. After contacting them, I was told they won't help me again since I wrote a bad review on them. They said they tried their best to help me, and that's seriously worrying if they think after about 20 phone calls, and many many emails and 2 days, that is good service. I luckily have a mailtrack of all my dealings with them. They refuse to assist me as I wrote a bad review and told me I am welcome to write another................and that nothing will happen to them!
