Electrical Work - Poorest Customer Service - Inverter & Water pump

The poorest customer service ever. It is nearly 12 months and my inverter problem has still not been sorted out. My inverter is supposed to last 4 hours but only gives power for 30 min. I can only have the lights and TV on. If I had known I would never have spent R 50 k. Please contact me for more detail on this saga.
