I want my money back

I contacted Tebogo Kekana last year as I was getting married as received reference from a friend. He promised he will deliver and asked that he gives us a quote for our wedding for photos and video.He then gave us a quote for a total amount of R23580.00 for which we paid R9000 1st payment and the balance of R14580 was paid before the wedding which was in October,which included photos,video, travelling and accommodation for him as a photographer. The full amount was paid before the wedding and he did pitch on the day of the wedding and took photos etc. My problem is still to date he has not given us our photos which in an magazine format and video and he is been avoiding our calls and when ever we get hold of him he gives empty promises.he was suppose to deliver 1st week of December 2015 and to date our families are worried as they don't understand what is going on with our photos. Tebogo Kekana has never even called us to apologise for late delivery or breach of contract as a contract was signed before payment. I want my money back as Iam not getting any joy from this man and can't keep on calling him and I believed I have been ****** my special day.<br>
