blue star consultants pretending to be the NCR to place you under debt review

a guy by the name of Julian called me claiming to be from The NCR saying that i am under debt review im like *** he says give me your id number let me check if you really are immediately i am upset because why would he want to confirm if he is calling about something ?next thing he says he is going to obtain my credit report and call me back next thing a black consultant calls to say they are a company helping people with thier debt i said no thank you i dont need your help i am paying my accounts .beware of this company wanting to place you under debt review
