WITHDRAWAL REQUEST NOT EXPEDITED AND EMAILS IGNORED

I am an investor with Bluestark Capital (bluestarkcap.com), formerly known as Solismarkets, which is "powdered" by Eklavya Asset Managers (Pty)Ltd, FSP license number 45583. The money that I invested was deposited into Eklavya Asset managers bank account. I submitted a withdrawal request on 06/03/2026 and the request has been ignored (status = pending). I have sent numerous emails to their finance, complaints, compliance and customer support departments, but to no avail...all emails have been ignored. It is impossible to get through to the telephone number (+***). This entity has no right to withhold my money, thus failure to expedite my request and withholding my funds is *******!! In my opinion their actions are in contravention of the FSCA 's regulations.
