They ask you to pay money in return they give incomplete work

The service is very very bad -2/10, this company don’t keep their promises at all, I’ve paid them in full R190000 for a kitchen and bathroom renovation projects, till today they are not done, my house is a mess and it’s been over five months since they promised to finish the job that was supposed to be completed within four weeks as they promised but when I call they they don’t answer my calls nor return my calls, I always have to change to different SIM cards in order to get ahold of them and when I do they keep on promising to come tomorrow or next week and with no success in doing that. I wrote a review on HelloPeter about two to three weeks ago and that’s the only time they actually reached out to me and only to tell and demand me to remove my review about them on the website and when I asked them when are they going to finish, they don’t give me an actual answer. This review I hope it helps other people to actually look in to them before considering working with them, reason being: I went to their address on my quote only to find out that it’s actually not their address I even went there myself and they told me that they were kicked out of the premises 2years ago and they don’t have an actual office. I’ve really lost hope with these people in finishing the projects that are undone at home. ☹️☹️👎👎
