I have been working with Bluescope Solutions for four years now and it has been a pleasant ride with them. There were times when I was very satisfied with their services, but there were also times when I had to face difficulties.

They have a good range of options available for freelancers like me. However, their customer support is not up to the mark. There have been instances where I had to wait for days to get a response from them. This could be a major improvement area for Bluescope Solutions.

Overall, I would rate them a 4 out of 5. While they have a good range of options for home-based freelancers, their customer support needs to be better.
