They say it's a technical problem. Absolute nonsense. They will say there is something wrong with the work and plan you apply for you must register for other work and select a hire plan, pay again and then after that they will refund the first payment back. Unfortunately, people fell for stuff like this. Please people if you have to pay a fee it's a **** and if it is too good to be true it is. If you go and google them or try to youtube reviews, there is nothing and nothing good about them. So do your homework before you need to pay any fee for a job
