Give Blues Bar a miss!

If you ever go to the Beachwood Golf Course and Goo's excellent restaurant be very careful of what wine you order from the associated Blues Bar. We ordered a stock standard bottle of Boschendal Blanc de Noir and when the bill arrived we were charged the shocking price of R330 excluding tax! The price for the same wine at 2 local liquor stores is just over R65. A total rip-off that spoiled an otherwise perfect meal at Goo's. The comment when querying the price was "Read the wine list more carefully next time" No further comment required. Give Blues a miss. There are many better places in the area
