Very Blue at Blues B&B

My Husband and I traveled to Port Elizabeth Eastern Cape for business. We booked via bookings.com into the Blues B&B in 6 Gerdine street, Summerstrand from the 7 March to 11 March. On arrival at the guest house we were devasted at how the place looked. Grass was patchy and overgrown, the entrance / dinning hall and reception was packed with empty electronics boxes. And other guests where sitting on the passage ways braiding hair whilst drinking black label quarts, listening to blarring music. We asked to see our room and where directed to a room inside the house. we specifically requested a room with an entrance leading out. Another request was for either an aircon or fan which wasn't present. We told the receptionist we will not be staying there and requested a refund. She said she will have the management contact us to arrange refund. We left the property. Till today no refund has taken place and the people dont answer our emails or calls. We paid R2450.00 for 4 nights.
