Blueringsa sold me faulty hardrives. Owner not responding

Bought a few hardrives from this guy a week ago. Two of them turned out to be faulty and he promised he would replace it in a day or 2 days max. After numerous texts, fone calls and different excuses, he is no longer responding to my calls or messages.
