R80,000 paid, work not even 30% complete, two months late, no intention to complete

On 1 August BLUEPRINT PROJECTS started a paint project at my house in Parkmore. They came highly recommended. The contractual delivery date was 6 weeks and a full team of painters. Little did I know, that the company was out of work for 6 months and only took my job which is residential, to bridge a cashflow situtation. Once he took my money, the problems started. At first the prepwork on the walls to get the plaster primer on seemed to take long, but i was reassured, that this takes the longest and that the two top coats will be quick. The work was dragged out by only having two or three painters on site. Three and a half month's later, only undercoat inside the house, a few rooms inside and mainly roof trusses are painted. I had to employ another painting team to complete the work. Eugene van Heerden, the owner of Blueprint Projects, is a *****ed businessman, who basically stole my money to fund the startup of other bigger projects and more important clients, and to bridge his cashflow problem. Currently he has two people on site, with no ladders, rollers or any equipment. This is shocking. He does not take my calls or answer my messages. Before when I tried to talk to him, he would be aggressive and rude.
