dont ever ever ever buy their product . since purchasing a 143kw HV battery i have had problems since the start. now a bms burnt and it is a week before they can maybe help. will never support them ever again . so client has to run genset at R 1100 per day because of their incompetence .

I've just been informed that this 146kWh battery has been operational for over 6 months, and that we've been made aware of the issue in question this past Friday 1 March 2024. Thank you for dropping the problematic module off at our facilities, in accordance with our carry-in warranty terms. We believe that we can have this module assessed, repaired & ready for collection by this coming Friday 8 March.
In the meantime, our technicians have been to the site in question already to update the battery's firmware temporarily on your behalf, until the module can be returned.
Is there anything else we can assist with in the meantime?
