Bluenova no service

Worst service ever, my installer have tried contacting Bluenova 5 times already. After I got hold of them today they took a message for the technical guy to contact me which was 12:00pm. After phoning them back at about 15:30pm they just wanted to give him another message again. I spent well over R25k for this battery and will not advise people to even try their product seeing their after service is non existing.
