BlueNova Energy: Battery delivery

Customer service does not exist. 50% upfront payment is required to get them to start their processes tp produce a specific battery. I was subsequently required to pay the balance to get the specific battery delivered; over the past two weeks after that payment I have received only excuses from the salespersons, who are unable to let me speak to anyone else in the company .

In addition, their telephone system (with the usual numerical menu) does not transfer you to any live person; you simply get cut off after 90 seconds or so of listening to music.
