**** ********* conduct bad workmanship deviation from building plan

This is another warning to all south Africans looking to build their dream home please read this review very carefully do not sign any contract with this builder or any other builder without your lawyer reviewing the contract look out for grey areas on the building specifications page in your contract as grey areas give the builder the right to install anything thing he likes in your home some home owners even found out second hand faucet geysers stove roof was installed in their new home iam a victim and few neighbors who are client of this company has also noticed second hand stuff in their new home which breaks the warrant of your home .never believe a word from the mouth of this builder get him to put everything he says in black and white, get the city council to come and inspect your home during construction as this builder has a habit of not reporting his buildings to the city of cape Town for inspections during construction it happened to me he uses unprofessional people to build and get proffesional to sign it off (*****) if you have notice that quickly report to the department of labour ,he also uses substandard materials to build your home he also has an habit of deviating from the original approve building plan and build something else their engineer signed a completion of building without a roof untop when the buildingwas not evenup to 50%(*****) as we speak 95% of their client including me are not happy they promise to build your home within 6 months but end building for 3 years many clients had to move into their home uncompleted without an occupational certificate after 2 to 3 years and when you move inn eventually you will still have no peace but to be dealing with unending snags and roof leaks, electrical shocks only to later realize that your house was roofed with an old cheap zink failed waterproofing ******* electrical wiring and bad workmanship if you move into your house and you realise this unfortunate situation send a notice imidiatly to the builder and imidiatly reporting him to Nhbrc within the first 3 months believe me iam a victim of this wicked situation if you are in a process of signing up with bluecon construction do that at your own risk or watsapp me on *** or email *** as hello peter could delete my number as it has happened in my recent review if you have fallen victim to this company please contact me on my details about so I can guide you on how to hold them accountable we can together bring this builders down and save south Africa.
