**** ***** and deception

This is my warning to all south African and prospective home owners never to do bussiness with this company this company does not only do short cuts and use substandard materials for your home they use/install second hand bathrooms stoves gyzers etc into a brand new home breaking the warranty of this homes they by pass municipal water meters tap electricity *******ly from eskom box they compromise the structural integrity of your home using substandard materials to build your foundation and using thesame measurements of concrete slab strip for both double and single storey which is non compliance according to SANS 10141-2 non compliant foundation strips and concrete slab You can imagine a double storey house sitting on 60mm which is 170mm less less than minimum value This act of wickedness do not only put your life in danger it will also negatively impact the resale value of your home in future they bribe city officials to pass our homes without any inspections my house was passed and I was issued an invalid CoC as they used the foto of another completed property to pass my non compliance house they used unprofessionals to do the plumbing and electrical wiring of our multi million rand homes and sign it off by independent electrical company named nano electricals to sign it off and issue **** invalid COC without first carrying out inspection on my property and I recently found out that my home had lots of ******* electrical connections and was approved and signed off by the City without earth resistance box as we started getting shocked in the house builder only rectify this last week after a year of living in danger and getting electrical shocked in the house he quickly rectify it because he was caught 😳 and is trying to evade the authority so if this company buit your house my advice is to get a professional electrical company and a civil engineer to inspect your house just to make sure it is compliance and safe for your family as insurance will not pay if they discover any *******s. They sent us to an architect they are working together with to give you a copyright building plan and make you think that the guy is working for you and designing your home exclusively only to discover that this design is already designed by the architect and own a copy wright to this design and as we speak 3 clients of bluecon including me is having thesame plan they even built thesame house for 2 of us (****) and damage your building and after this the architect runs away and stop communicating with you we have not heard from the architect for over a year as he is in hiding a source told us that the house is being designed by an imposter /unqualified woman who is believed to be married to the builder who claimed on bluecon website to have an architectural design background and they use Gareth martiz to sign off the plan hence thats why the architect run away when there is trouble and stop communicating with you because the builder as advice him to stay away this will be investigated by the authority in due cause

Don't sign any contract with this company without your lawyer or any other professional in the building industry this company make you sign on a grey area (blank page )on the building specification page which gives him right to buy choose your finishing(deception) there are lots more i would love to share with south Africa but can't do everything here we need to come together to stop this builder who expose us all to danger and is causing a lots of losses to eskom and the city of cape Town and also destroying the integrity of other builders in the plot and plan industry it is people like this that are destroying south Africa
