<p>I rented a furnished apartment in Bryanston Johannesburg from this organisation for a month. On arrival at the unit, the entire unit was filthy and the sheets to the beds we were meant to sleep in were also filthy(not washed from the previous tenant who had moved out that morning). We registered our complaint with the manager in question and cleanliness of the unit was only addressed the following day. On our depature after a month, Blue Chip Accomodation decided to charge us for cleaning of carpets in the apartment as they claim they were dirty. This is after we had registered our dissatisfaction with the state of the overal unit on our arrival stating that it was filthy. Furthermore they charged us to clean their couches which were also filthy when we arrived. In essence what this ********* organisation has done is make us pay for what they should have done prior our arrival. The principle of what they have done is *********. I requested a refund from the manager in question and have not heard a response yet a week later. If you are in the market for a furnished for a short term stay, avoid Bluechip Accomodation!</p>
