Bad Business Ethics

<p>No Payment nearly 60 days later!!!!Bluechilli stayed with us in Botswana on 29 May 2016. They prepaid a deposit all fine, had to settle the balance at the lodge. Their card was declined so after phoning Mr Wayne Marais, he promised that he would do a bank transfer the same day. We are still waiting for our money! He refuses to answer emails, refuses to answer phone calls. We have had one email in June to say I am in the bush will make payment shortly - nothing! After much phoning he eventually answered a call from another number and was highly aggresive that he is out the country, will make payment by 23 July! It has come and gone and still nothing! Would like to warn other companies to make sure that they pay in full before arrival!! First client in over 18 years to not pay us and to say out the country - settle your debts beforehand!</p>
