I need my car fixed

On the 16 May 2022 one of the Bluebird drivers drove in to me, after serval attempts of contacting and communicating with them no one has contacted me back just so lady name Rushana who called me and told me they wont be doing anything cause there tracker shows that there driver wasn't speeding, even though no one said he was speeding rather than he jumped a stop street and drove in to me, And i had serval witnesses that saw the whole thing and even the people in his van that he was dropping. Yet Rushana claims i was wrong and not him, when i gave her the witnesses names n numbers as well as the staff members that was in there van she made no attempt to contact them till this day
