Damaged goods delivered

this company delivered a bedroom suite july 2014 , on delivery we noticed the deep scratches , we notified the delivery guys and made a note on the delivery paper , they said they would return with ones without scratches, we waited and no response , finally got hold of the owner and said he has no stock and more are being shipped in from some Asian country , we wait the three months , products are in and still no service , owner said he will refund us and pick the furniture and i am still waiting !!!!!!
