Worst experience

The worse experience ever! With having made a reservation all my guests could not be seated and what was promised to me when confirming my request and reservation was not what I had to pay for at the end of the day. The place is so overcrowded no space to move around no maximum limit of people to be within the premises. Little ventilation for all the kids running around and sweating. I was so overwhelmed and couldn't stand being there any longer.
