Cold wet and soggy

So we decided to go to Blueberry Beacon for our child birthday celebration. our waiter Paul Amazing 👌🏼 10/10 but the food guys you need to pull up your sock our food came out cold soggy and wet service abit slow but ok but for now my daughter said why didn’t we just go to papachinos. I’m up to coming back again if there is a improvement.
