Characters no show

Very disappointed with the overall experience at blueberry beacon Honeydew. We booked for my son's birthday he was turning 5. It was the second time coming for a birthday celebration at the establishment. I was there last year for my daughter's birthday.The experience for her birthday was the reason for booking again for my son. We were told they can not sing for him a happy birthday song and when we asked why. Our waiter said pointing at the restaurant above the play area that there have been complains of noise. When we asked when will be characters come out, that is what my son was looking forward to especially spider man and bumble bee. Again we were told it a quite evening so no characters will come out. After begging for some time because my son kept asking were are they. Our waiter said he will do us a favor and were a spider man suit just for pictures for my son. There was no music. The place was dead. I feel it is only fair to notify the customers before hand that there are conditions for character to come out. I regretted driving all the way from Alberton to surprise my son only to be disappointed.
