bad and no customer service.

I made a booking at morning glen for the 28 September and only get there to be told that they could not get hold of me on the phone therefore my table is not reserved and i asked why didn't they email me. The manager did not even apologize he offered us another spot to sit at and promised to look for us another table. after and hour we were still waiting and when we asked the manager was rude to us. Some of the staff member also took menus from us while were still using them. The kids play area parents do not give kids space to see bumble bee. its chaotic no order and other customers also did not find their booking as we proceeded to another restaurant.
