You dont just TAKE money out of peoples accounts

Fair enough , my Edgars/ Bluebean account is in arrears but who the HELL gives you the right to just TAKE money from my account?? On top of it , the amounts taken are WAY more than i can afford. Tried emailing card queries to make an arrangement, e-mails go unanswered. You have made some of my debit orders bounce because of your ********* behaviour. placing me in an even WORSE financial situation. You should be ashamed of yourselves . doing that to a pensioner.<br> Of all things a so called bank\ should know that you do not just access someones account without permission. I do NOT appreciate this type of devious behaviour . Please stop this immediatly... and check your damn e-mails in future."
