Worst Credit Card Co. ever!!!!

I have been handed over to the debt collectors after I spoke to Ntabiseng twice in connection with 1) settling my account and then 2) AFTER SETTLING my account the debit orders which was still going off (even though I DON'T OWE THEM MONEY!!!!).Blue Bean was charging me with penalties for them not going through, they send me an account again, I spoke to Ntabiseng again whom assured me that this was a fault on their side, and that se would reverse the charges and close the account. I NOW RECIEVED an account for the THIRD time charging me with penalties. I phoned yesterday and spoke to a lady that was reluctant to help me, saying that I WAS HANDED OVER!!! After I did EVERYTHING possible on my side!!!! This useless lady transferred me to Janine whom assured me that Ntabiseng would phone me this morning rectifying everything. Its 10 and no phone call yet! ***! My name is now bad because you employ *********** people!!!!
