worst bank ever

i have a blue bean credit card that i used to pay off every month.i moved house in 2012 and phoned them regarding a change of adders as well as my email i have nit received a statement since,my card was ****** so i cant even go to a atm and see what i owe them the call center keeps promising me that i will recieve them and i dont i want to resolve this issue but the call center people is very arrogant
