Waste of time

Last year I was handed over to the Legal department(bunch of idiots) for a payment(R1000) that I made but did not reflect on your system - God knows I made that payment!<br> <br> I then settled the stupid credit card in November 2014, however I received a letter that a credit of R1000 was due to me(I'm almost certain that its the same R1000 that they couldn't trace - The Lord works in mysterious ways).<br> <br> I called the legal department probably 10 time in a space of almost 4 weeks to deposit MY money, up until today they are still giving me a run around.<br> <br> What's so difficult? DEPOSIT MY MONEY AND OMIT MY NAME FROM YOUR BOOKS!<br> <br> CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!!!
