very happy

let me start by saying im not easily impressed and love to complain, but im very happy with the service i received today! I had a problem with the trip switch for The plugs and i phoned bluebean lifestyle and it was sorted out! i received smses and was called about the job and when they are going to finish etc. The contractor that was used also gets a big thumbs up from me!(please inform them) the only thing that could make me more happy is to have a reduced interest rate on my account, but wont push my luck! In all seriousness i appreciate this service, thank you!
