unpaid refund

My account was handed over to attorneys. I settled my account through the attorneys with discount in October 2014. <br> <br> Some amount was floating and supposed to be refunded to my cheque account was taken end of December 2014 was taken to pay bluebean while it's already settled with attorneys. When I request my refund I am told to talk to the attorneys. When I called attorneys I am told to speak to bluebean. Faxed the proof of payment and letter requesting refund. No one has responded to my request and my refund. I need help to my refund. <br> <br> Zandile mavundla
