Try and fica at standard bank

Hi last week i got a sms from standard bank to go and fica at the nearest standard bank , i went on the 11 march 2015 to the standard bank in edenglen with my id and proof of residence, i waited there for 55 minutes and then finally they scanned my documents. They said it would take about 12 hours before i could use my blue bean credit card. So on the 16 march i went to the retail store to buy something and wow my credit card was declined by blue bean, what an embarassing situation. So i phoned bluebean , they say i need to fica my account , so after 45 minutes on the phone wasting my time and im paying for the phone call, nothing was resolved. What a bunch of pathetic idiots at standard bank and bluebean , no wonder they came last on the consumer rankings.Im still waiting for them to sort this out .
