THIS IS ONE USELESS CREDIT CARD COMPANY WITH POOR POOR SERVICE GETTING RICH.

<p>I had a poor experience whereby i want to pay off my credit card and i called their call centre held on the line for over 20 mins. To speak to a consultant tells me to call in 7 days and they will be able to give me The exact balance so i can pay and cancel this credit card so i call today and again held on the line for another 20 mins, to get told i need to call in another 7 days from now REALLY and now been an IRATE client that’s up-to-date on my payments and never missed any i asked if they could call me back they say they can’t really ????? SUCH POOR SERVICE THEY MAKE SO MUCH MONEY OFF US AND CANT EVEN GET A CALL BACK FROM THEM TO FIND OUT WHATS MY TOTAL SO I CAN PAY THEM OFF AND NEVER DEAL WITH THIS CREDIT PROVIDER.</p>
