The problem with the uneducated

<p>I explicitly told them to amend my debit order details and was told that my debit order details were amended as requested, to my surprise, the debit order payment went off my old account! This is bull****, you will return the money that the bank charges me for unpaid debit order, tell the idiot who said they'd amended the banking details to accordingly to fix this **** and refund the money that I was charged by the bank!</p>
